PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

I understand and agree to pay a $25.00 administrative fee to establish a payment plan.
I agree to make monthly payments until the total amount of court costs and other fees are paid in full. See the emailed amortization schedule for the payment schedule and due dates.
I agree to update my address, phone number(s) and e-mail address with the Clerk of the Circuit & Comptroller’s Office in writing.

***Criminal cases may be subject to satisfaction of judgment, interest and recording fees at the time of final payment.***

FAILURE TO COMPLY

Willfully failing to pay may result in the FLHSMV issuing an order suspending my driver license 20 days after the date the order is mailed. (F.S. 318.15 and 322.245).
If my case(s) remain unpaid after 90 days, my case(s) will be referred to a collection agency. The collection agency may add a 25% fee to my outstanding balance and I may need to pay the new balance through the collection agency.
