            The following traffic citations are not eligible for payment on the web:
            
- Citations issued for driving under suspension
 - Traffic compliance citations where proof is required
 - Toll citations
 - Criminal traffic citations
 - Traffic citations requiring mandatory court
 - Citations issued for improper equipment
 - If you have plead not guilty and have not yet been to court
 - If your case is in collections or on a collection agreement plan
 - If you have a financial obligation suspension
 
 
- If your citation has met the eligibility criteria but is not available on the website yet, try again later.
 
- 
            When paying multiple citations, be sure to complete the first transaction and receive a receipt before beginning a second transaction.
Closing your browser between transactions will ensure your payments are posted to the correct citations. 
- Have your credit card and citation number available. Your citation number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your traffic citation.
 
- MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards are accepted by this service. Debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.
 
- A 3.5% service charge from MyPaymentPortal.com will apply to each transaction made through this system.
 
- Credit card payments will be posted to your account within 24 hours.
